I had a good experience coming here my first time. They had a great price for the product I purchased, less expensive than any other retailer. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. They answered all my questions, and offered suggestions to slow my decision making and make sure I bought what would best suit my needs. I couldn't be happier, and will be back for more work gear later.

I have been to your store numerous times this summer because i love your products. I have to bring a friend with me because the customer service sucks. You seem to have staff but most don’t know your inventory.i was looking for 2sweat shirt in may like the one i had found and the answer was we must be out.we found 2 of them no problem and right size.. You had a sidewalk sale no one around girls were inside chit chatting no service. Was looking for hicker shoes this summer no one has info on a good hicker shoes.so i went to sportcheck ther I got service. If you want customer maybe ask them if they need help and try acting like yu care!

Worst return policy anywhere. Had work boots that fell apart in less then a week. Took a month to get my refund. Never again would I spend money here.

Little crowded with merchandise but that contributes to a great selection and variety. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Lots of great finds and toddler clothes! Big carhartt selection too.

I love the store and products. However, I ended up leaving without buying anything because a staff member was wearing her mask underneath her chin. I did not want to risk getting covid or an omicron exposure and felt it was best to leave and not shop there. :

Always felt welcome here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable, selection is great. As long as work n play is there I will never step foot into marks across the street ever again!

Bad atmosphere...feels like if you touch anything or look the wrong way you will get scolded...not a good showing experience.
