My daughter and I were in Cleo’s yesterday. We absolutely love the store. Although yesterday we found that there were some new girls or new to us. They were young but we feel like maybe they were not properly trained. Yes they started a fitting room for us but then that was the end of their involvement until we went to pay. We are used to a wonderful experience at Cleo’s. We are used to more involvement from the employees. We had to go find our alternate sizes, colours, etc. It was not a busy time of day.
Wonderful store - really GREAT staff so eager to help...find sizes and ensure wants/needs are met. Wish I could remember the names of the staffer helping. One lady young and quite tall was a rock-star in the way she helped find items from the moment of entering the store - final purchase. Because of that experience, I've gone back and also made purchases online. Good job Cleo's!!
Bought some pants yesterday, and I'm impressed with the customer service. That lady was very helpful .I like Cleo Chilliwack store!
Shopped there the other day bought a blouse but unfortunately did not fit but no hassle to exchange.
I went in today for a white blouse and Marva could not have been more helpful! She zoomed around the store grabbing shirts for me to try on and she found THE ONE for me. I am so so so so happy with my purchase!!
Nice selection of tops and bottoms for Spring. I took advantage of the sale rack some items up to 70%off. Felt bad for the clerk. Super busy rush and she was on by herself. She did great.
Cleo's is my favourite place to shop. They've always got a wonderful variety and the prices are right. I especially like the manager who always is so helpful and I've never seen her without a smile.
The store it is great!!! They alre also very short staffed as everyone is nowadays. Great bargains on many items.
Great selection of coloured jeans for fall, but nothing for tall people! Very disappointing! And I'm only on the tall side of average at 5'8.5".
Very nice customer service experience. The lady was so nice and suggestive. Amazing collection must visit place.
