Just went a bought toe boots. And sales man was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. He tried to find the perfect shoe for us, not random pair. He was understand our need, measure feet and found that my husband has a narrow feet, which is rare. Suggested to by a felt sole to put inside. Perfect experience. Important policy was explained and we swalk out very happy with new boots

As a woman looking for work apparel or boots...dont even go anywhere else. Huge work BOOT selection, very helpful and honest. They know how they should fit and recommend the best boot for your industry. I'm not even going where my company has a corporate discount/account, cus they'll honor that here for me too!

Went shopping for work boots. Didn't actually know this place existed although I have driven by 1000's of times. Told the gentleman what I wanted, and he was able go provide several choices. Unfortunately. He was not able to provide good insoles. Very reasonably priced.

Not happy with them at all. They NEVER have a good stock and sometimes come off a little on the rude side. I work for a company that sends 120 guys there yearly you would think that they would be more accommodating. Myself and quite a few other guys here won't return and will buy our own boots elsewhere.

Very helpfull for picking out a set of work boots though they only have one pair for men that have internal metgaurds. The plastic grommet type pieces that protect the lace holes broke the first time I wore the shoes at work so I brought them back when i was in town. I was told they would have to send the boots away to repair them. This doesn't work as I work out of town and only have one day a week to do personal work. I am now stuck with gluing my brand new less than 2 hours of outdoor use boots back together which cost $300. This is not the level of service I expect when paying this premium for boots nor from a store with such a good reputation. I would have expected the boots to be replaced however I was "out if the return period" since I have been at site since the week I purchased them. To boot pun intended I spent 45 minutes in traffic to be told this. I understand that this is how these things work but am frustrated that there is no better solution for someone who works hard and doesn't have time to wait for someone else to glue them together.

First experience , most excellent service. The gentleman was extremely helpful and friendly. I will be back and recommend highly. Especially if you're looking for a size 7 men's boot :

Bought work boots here a few days ago. store manager was very helpful and ensured we were getting what we needed.

The service was really good the guy working there helped me find the perfect boots. I have to say I liked it I'm glad I stopped there to get work boots.

I think the lady behind the counter has triskaidekaphobia. Tried to order a pair of size 13 boots and she kept saying 12. Told it would take 2 weeks, they called a week later and said that they're out of stock also! Off to Marks store then.

Only place I shop for work boots. Great service and if they don't have what I need they order it.
