Foot Locker

I ordered puma shows online, didn't fit well so went to the saskatoon midtown plaza store to return it in morning. Store was not busy and I was the only customer in the store. I had the receipt that came in the packing but they wanted the one that was in my email so they send me out of the store. It is a 20 km drive for me with my 4 year old son to get a printout. This isn't customer service. If you need a paper copy for your records then why do I have to drive 20km? And I was planning to return the shoes and buy one in store so that way I know it fits but after getting pseudo customer service I decided not to. Customer service of this store sucks big time!!

Come in once a month workers know a lot about their products, all around nice store, good shoes

Staff have to step up on their energy level. Smile more, have more charisma. Overall, some staff are just lethargic.

Terrible customer service. Incredibly rude sales staff. Will not ever shop here again.

Maybe the assistant manager he was. Anyway great guy he was very polite. He waited at the store for 40 minutes while I went to go get money making sure no one took the shoes.
