Damn LE CHATEAU, no REFUNDS !!! this is so stupid. Go get a life silly brand. Dear Shoppers, you can ONLY get store credit but no REFUND. Be Careful GUYS if you slip into this brand. Please Boycott this non-sense and let them correct it. They don't deserve business.

As a full figured woman it can be stressful finding dresses that fit well and give you a shape you want. I had a lovely woman find me so many options to try and ultimately found exactly what I wanted.

Went in to ask if they had any skirts, the girl looked me up and down and told me they didn't have any, then told me the name of a different store that I should try. When I got to the store that she suggested, it was the only plus size store surrounded by other regular clothing stores. I'm a little big, but I don't fit plus size clothing. I might just be easily offended, but the girl also came off as incredibly rude.

Lacking in Customer Service, Quality and Compassion My Aunt bought a pair of boots there. The scuffed right down. The only place my aunt had wore them was in the Chapel. Literally worn for less than 20mins. She was told when she purchased them she could return them for a store credit if she didn't like them and a refund if faulty. My aunt returned to the store on the Monday to return the boots. She explained she was happy with them. The clerk was very nice and offered my aunt a store credit that expires after 6 months (lol). She explained to the clerk that she was told she could get a refund. She was told that the she would need to talk to the store manager. My aunt explained that she was at her little sister's funeral; my mother and that the boots scuffed almost instantly. She offered her the same and my aunt explained there was nothing in the store she really wanted. Thought also that the product was faulty she should get a refund. The store manager proceeded to walk away while saying " That's too bad!" She actually said those words. Anyone with half a brain or had someone close to them pass would be able to figure our something or show that they were doing all possible. I'm thinking they have not read "the sale of goods act." I don't normally like to complain but that was unprofessional and rude. I will not be shopping at Le Chateau, neither will my 4 sisters. "Word of Mouth" has started and the girls have a long list of friends. I did give customer service the chance to contact me when I had sent them and email but they have proceeded to ignore. So I decided to rate and write a review. The only reason why I chose 1 star is because I had to in order to post this comment.

I would say the dresses and other accessories are awesome but I don't like the way Sales representatives here stand on your head while you're trying to make up your mind on things and as soon as you decide they take away the stuff to the check out. It really makes you feel guilty as if you're are trying to shoplift or something.
