Hudson's Bay

Great service! I must say I'm usually pretty disappointed with the service received at the location as not very many employees are customer service oriented. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service I received from Brian in the homeware department. He went out of his way to help us purchase a coffee maker and make sure we had everything we needed. Brian is exceptionally good at being a customer focused representative for your company and I hope he receives the praise he deserves. Kudos Brian! You are a reason I will continue to shop at the store.

I want them to do good! But they're dying. The manger must be old, the store just feels old and dying. They do have good brands, great prices and great location so they should be doing good. They need to revamp their sales, give some life back to the experience unless they are trying to turn into an outlet store. Can't blame e-commerce on this, its totally the manager. The feeling of walking into the store is like walking into a hospital waiting room. They need to liven it up, its like they are trying to attract a younger crowd with great brands but have a 50 year do the marketing. Just not working.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with this store and how they handled me return. As a birthday present i was given a nice leather jacket which after 2 months had a bust seam, i did not have the receipt but had a credit card purchase info. The sales lady in the mens departent was very helpful and put me in touch with a manager ( Danielle Moskaleski) who was very help and kept in contact with me as they tracked down my purchase receipt. By far the best experience i have had with customer service and with it being the busy season the extra effort they put it was greatly appreciated.

Lacking the higher end selection offered at other Hudson Bay locations. The store is also in need of renovations and looks quite dated.

I bought CK shimmer jacket for my daughter for 69.9 cad! I like the quality. But week ago I got flyers with news that they are offering huge discount. We were hurry to go and I was disoppointed. The same jacket was for 100CAD with 30% discount it eaquals to 70 CAD. It isn't good. cheao marketing cann't increase the sales and your are loosing trust.
