You have to open a long large gate that was way too heavy. It was hard to move the gate in the fall when I put my car in storage and nearly impossible to move the gate in the winter. I had to have my husband with me to move it. The lock froze so I couldn't get in to start my car on several occasions. I gave a notice to vacate by phone followed with a letter. That was on March 18th. I was out on March 31st and I still do not have my deposit returned to me as of May 18th. When I called for my deposit I was accused of putting garbage in an unlocked bay that was not mine. I left my bay as clean as I received it.She also said she did not receive my letter. Then she said my deposit would be returned and would mail it out the next day May 7th. I am still waiting for this check. I has been 12 days that she said she mailed it out. Obviously she lied. Beware do not rent here or you will lose your deposit!!!!
