This is my first time renting from here and Chris was very helpful in explaining everything to me and my husband. I had pick a much smaller unit that would not fit all of our things but Chris showed all of the sizes that were available to us and then we chose the one we wanted. I would definitely rent from here again. Very nice, safe, clean, and friendly. Reasonable prices too. Thank you Chris for all of your help today. 😁

Just purchased a rental space from Public Storage this afternoon. Chris, the manager, was extremely polite and professional. He made sure I was taken care of and went the extra mile to make I was purchasing the correct unit, which in the beginning I was not. Ended up saving money. Can't be mad about that! Thank you Chris for all your help! Already a happy customer.

I had just hit the "Enter Key" requesting information when my phone rang to follow-up. 
Rebecca was very friendly, knowledgeable and offered advice on several options I hadn't even considered.. She made my experience quick and simple.   
First impressions mean a lot as they typically indicate how you will be treated in the future.  Overall great experience so far.

The manager Marcellus always provides excellent service when I visit this location and makes sure that all customers are well accommodated for. He is very friendly and understanding, I will definitely continue my service here!
