The staff is absolutely incredible, as a first time storage unit renter I knew very little about what size unit I would need or how renting a unit worked and each member of the staff was so helpful! Upon arrival, service was quick and efficient, I would highly recommend Kent Ave, Apple Storage.

Sherry and Scott are always very friendly and welcoming when entering the business.  They receive parcels for me and are always happy to help and answer any questions i have.  Very happy with my experience with them and their services.

I have been with Apple storage for sometime now. I find all the staff to be very friendly helpful and informative.  Most of my dealings have been with Sherry it's always a pleasure to be greeted with a smile from a friendly face.  The office is always clean and inviting and your needs are always met.

Had a great experience with my first rental from here. Sherri Prankard was very helpful with setting everything up I needed to complete my D license road test not to mention she was friendly and upbeat . I will definitely rent from here again in the future and recommend to anyone seeking a truck rental.

I am a courier at Purolator and make many deliveries at the Kent St. Location in Niagara Falls. I have dealt with Sherry  and she is alway polite, helpful and always happy. I am sure that's the way she treats her customers too.  Definitely one of my favourite stops on my route.
