This is such a great place to store your stuff. Donna is the nicest lady ever. She's a pleasure every time you deal with her. I recommend everyone use this storage mall when you need a place to store things. LoVe LoVe LoVe this place! Donna rules!

Renting at The Storage Mall has been a great experience! Donna was super helpful in the office and the units and facility were super clean.  It is easy to access with the gate.  The wide and paved driveways are easy to get my truck around.  Highly suggest this facility if you are in the Niagara Falls area!

The roll up door to my unit broke and could not contact anyone to get it fixed. My unit is open to anyone who wants to help themselves now.
