Service inside was fast as there more people in the drive thru line than there were inside. I hadn't been there for a long time, but I had a coupon, so I thought I'd Re-try it out. Upon first glance, I almost walked out. The food service area looked horrible! No one had bothered to wipe any spills or rice or slop off the heat tables for what appeared to be the entire day. I eyeballed what I could see of the "behind the scenes" area and it didn't look much better. Under what may have been the fryer, there were pieces of dirty plumbing pipes and a scrub brush. Yet one by one, slowly people kept milling in. I picked 2 things that looked the least hazardous as not a single thing was signed. I took shrimp fried rice and Chinese fried chicken. Popular items that get turned over rather quickly. The woman who took care of my order never thanked me until I thanked her first, and she forgot to hand me my drinks. So of course, I forgot about them until I started to drive away, and then I came back to get them. I'd LIKE to say that by the time I got home everything was awful and I want my money back, ....but I CAN'T! Surprisingly, the food was quite tasty! The chicken was seasoned very nicely, the breading was perfect, the gravy on my white rice was flavorful, and the shrimp fried rice was very good. A very nice surprise considering how this started out. I think In the future, I'll stick to what I know.... but what I know is those 3 items were delicious.
Some of the fastest, most polite, and friendliest service I’ve ever received at a fast food drive through. The chicken fried rice, as delicious as it was I feel could’ve used more chicken, but it was the special. But I’d return either way just because of the service!!!!
Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I debated with my husband where we should go and I said Wong's Wok because we hadn't been in awhile. We used to go there all the time with family, for many many years and everything was always great, well not tonight. The rudest lady in customer service was yelling at my husband on how he should be charged for an Emperor plate because he was not told that fried rice was considered an entree, so he also got chicken, egg Foo young and pepper steak. The old lady behind the counter yelled at him and said you have 4 things, you will be charged for the 4th thing. Instead of politely saying that, she yelled at him and then he raised his voice. I really wish we would have just left right then. I paid $60 for 3 of us to eat and besides the rudeness of the lady behind the counter, the food wasn't that great. We will not be back. We should have gone to Panda Express like my husband wanted to. Definitely better service, better food and better prices. You need to retrain the old lady behind the counter because in customer service, you do not yell at the customer!!! Also, tell your employees to tell the customer that fried rice or lo mein are considered an entree. It's their job to do that. We were in at night on 1-21-23 around 5PM. When we came 2 months ago during the day, we had no problems. I guess they are trained better and they definitely are not rude to customers. I'm sure you'll probably just skim over this review and not do anything to change the rudeness of the old lady or the inexperience of your employees at night!!!! That's fine with me because you have just lost some long time customers, at least 15 years we came there!!!! NO MORE!!!!
There's an older Caucasian lady with brownish grey hair that was disgustingly rude, she was making racist comments toward a African American employee that was also working , she was talking to customer and staff very rudely . I asked her name and she told me it was not my business, so when I threatened to report this place to BBB she tried to be nice. This place is always dirty and the tables are sticky when you simply try to sit down and eat. There were spiderwebs and bugs in the windows and old food under the tables . And I saw a roach crawl by the egg roll wrappers and when I asked this same lady to look at what I was seeing roach she said " yea I know we've been having this problem for awhile" this place needs to be inspected and this lady fired ! Idk how they even get business
Ive been going there for years and have always loved the food but yesterday changed for me. Unfortunately one of my chickens wasn't fully cooked. I hate to say this but i wont be going there again. Darn i really feel bad but i don't want to get sick of of half cooked chicken
Please note: Not a complete review, yet. I'll do that after we've received our order. Giving a 4* right now because on your online menu it says that we have the option to call your location to place an order for drive-thru pickup. I called your listed number on Google and a recording says that your voice-mail has not been set up and no one answered each time I called. I'll be back with an updated review once we place our order at the restaurant and have eaten our meal.
Update your drive thru microphone box or just take it out completely and I’ll order at the window. I can hear the worker but they cannot hear me. I can’t go inside to order either cause your doors are locked. It’s so annoying. If you’re waiting for that box to break down, it already is. I walked in to order since in person is where it is at vs drive thru I requested for fresh fried chicken the male coworker lied to me gave not fresh that I said I could wait for mind you none of my food was fresh besides the gravy that was just a cover up as the other male worker slid my rewards card since I am a valued customer he uses my points on the transaction which I never said to be done I would’ve liked to save my points then after I notice my food is not the way I would have thought it would have been since I explained to the lady I spoke to that I would normally blow at it because it was actually fresh she only say that her coworkers would leave it sitting in the fryer why would management let that even happen when I walked in to order I noticed the lady was not doing anything besides grabbing stuff off the counter if you are in a fast food business I would think food should come first but so I did take a break from that place I called spoke to a lady that I believe was wearing a mask that did not mention her name and explained the situation she was talking over me just saying how it normally is but did not taste like it was so she was definitely lying to me she wanted me to go back in the horrible snow storm again just to replace chicken so I asked her can I come a different day she said what is my name she did not apologize and she was so demanding and obviously seem like she did not want to hear me out she also demanded when I come back for the correct food that I brought the bad food back I could not believe that. I definitely will take another break.
In a world where customer service is virtually non existent anymore, I had to leave an excellent review for my visit. The two workers that took my order and made it were very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Our food was fresh and tasted great!
Just left there today at 640pm, the woman at the driveway was very rude and acted as if she didn't understand several simple questions. One being I asked her if I could upgrade my rice to lo mein and she was like no that costs money to do as if I didn't have any money. If I asked to upgrade I obviously had whatever money to cover it. Even if it wasn't doable you could've asked if I wanted to order it on the side. U know offer options instead of asking me if I had any money. I ended up leaving and went to panda express across the parking lot and I was treated so nicely.
