Dr Darci Hansen is wonderful. As a new and extremely nervous patient, she immediately put me at ease, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. She was so kind, compassionate and caring. I met her assistant, Caitlyn, first and she was so nice and understanding. Made me feel comfortable. The girls at the front desk were all very nice too. My appt was at 2:00 and they called me back at 2:05. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr Hansen.

I am a mother of 5, the older 4 were born with a doctor in my hometown. He retired and I moved. In a new city and use to the comfort of familiarity Dr. Ryan Empey gave me the best care from the moment I met him to my 6 week check up. He is also not from here but he is so full of life and laughter. He gets very serious when it's time but also made me extremely comfortable! I've already referred a friend to him who switched her long term obgyn to him and was beyond satisfied! I will recommend him to everyone whether it's your first time or your a seasoned mommy like me to call and ask for Dr.Empey. I wish he delivered all my babies! He makes a lasting relationship with you and you don't feel like just another patient.

Giving them at least two stars because the billing department listened to my complaint and tried to help the best they could. The staff is nice, but my bill was $340 (before insurance) for meeting my doctor for 30 minutes (I doubt we talked more than 20). As a new patient, it would have been nice to have met the Dr. before getting undressed into a robe. My doctor chose to not do a check up and instead we chatted while I sat there with my flimsy open back robe. I basically paid the doctor to meet her. While I can appreciate the meeting, her lack of knowledge for my situation was not worth $340 but she was able to recommend me to appropriate channels . The billing dept. also told me this price was on the lower end of their billing, as if this price was nothing to be upset over. I probably wouldn't have minded the price if the meeting was worth that amount but she was unable to answer my questions. Not only did this feel like a waste of my money but a waste of my time (that I had to take off work). I also don't like going to the Lloyd Center area, so I guess living and learning gets expensive. My suggestion would be to create a better new patient experience, as in meet your Dr. option prior to first appointment that does not cost over $300. Very disappointing experience.

Love this clinic! Friendly staff, lovely nurses and great doctors and midwives. Totally satisfied with service.

Don't listen to the one star reviewer, I just saw Dr. Kean today and she is great, super smart, thoughtful and caring and spent a good 45 minutes with me today. I went to her years ago (before I got different insurance) and she saved me from having my ovary removed unnecessarily. Another doctor there at the time (a male doctor) decided that I should have it taken out after the cyst on it burst twice. I went to her for a second opinion and she advised against it for various and important reasons and I'm glad she did! I never had another problem with it. Anyway, Dr. Kean is awesome and I am glad to be back in her care again. The staff and everyone I have encountered at this clinic were very nice and accommodating.
