MAJOR SCAM!!! THE DENTIST REFUSED TO DO HIS JOB&PULL MY DAUGHTERS TOOTH THAT HURTS HER!! WE WALK OUT WITHOUT SERVICES RENDERED AND THEN SEND ME A BILL LIKE THEY DID THE PROCEDURES!! I WILL BE NOTIFYING THE PROPER AUTHORITIES!!

Front staff are always helpful and willing to listen. My dentist is awesome and is always looking for ways to help me out. His assistant is personable and polite. My hygienist is friendly and good at her job. Thanks Dr. Runkle & Alisha

They called my cell phone 5 times in last 4 days and left several voice mails for urgent call back after my mom's blood test. I finally called and made an appointment, i took a day off at my work and we showed up 10 minutes before her actual appointment, 1st they acted like we didnt have any appointment for that day and they said oh its not an important concept and you could wait till medical appointment, 2nd they said our appointment was 1 hour before, then i asked for manager it took half an hour till manager came out and said can we make an appointment for another day.... Very very very unorganized place, nobody knows whats going on...

the clinic and its staff saved our lives, as we were fleeing domestic violence. Every staff person did something incredible. --- the nurses were reassuring, the doctor was (and is, I'm not leaving this clinic) a truly good person who gives me incredible medical care, and the clinic therapist continues to provide fantastic care, validation and encouragement.
