My partner and I both needed our routine Pap tests. I did some research and found that this would be the best option for us. My partner went the day before me, and she raved about it! Said it was the fasted, easiest, most professional, and friendliest experience she’s had. It made me feel better because I was going in the next day. Fast forward to today, I just left there and she was right. Everyone who works there is so friendly and professional. I was in and out quickly, and they answered any questions or concerns I had. I felt so comfortable! I recommend coming here for any service they provide. You won’t be disappointed.

In terms of service and patient care, the best experience I’ve ever had. The ladies in this facility were all so personable, friendly, uplifting, and the place was very well kept! As for the gynaecologist and nurse that helped with my IUD insertion, I cannot thank them enough for supporting, encouraging, and coaching me through the intense pain in hindsight I definitely should have invested in conscious sedation since I have endometriosis. I’d highly recommend this facility for anyone’s contraceptive and reproductive health needs!

The only place in Edmonton to provide accurate, medically factual information related to reproductive health care along with actual abortion services. Very kind and helpful staff. Incredibly grateful for the care they give their patients. They also help with birth control options.

I’m really happy I went to this place, I was able to get my mom to call for me first. I just had to confirm the appointment, that helped me a lot.nSecond ,The social worker was very supportive and someone really great to talk to. Third, I really appreciate how you are given a blanket then a gown to cover your bottom half. They always had something playing in the back around, I had gotten sick from anxiety I was able to find someone to help me calm down with something cold. When I heard the other women they talked to me the whole time to get my mind off of it and turn up the music so I didn’t panic.nIt’s the little they did, i didn’t think of it till now I really think it would be helpful to make a pamphlet for whoever is taking care of the patient at home. I know there is one about aftercare but just more on what to look for in caring. My support system doesn’t always know what to do or say.
