I went to their university location in search of a particular item. They did not have it in stock but offered to call their main store. Took forever as the person I was dealing with was new I assumed. This store is clean, well laid out and bright so when he said they did have it at the main store I did not hesitate to drive over to the main store on KIngsway. Well that was a huge mistake. I was greeted by the most insanely abrasive and harsh women ever, down right rude. When I told her what I was there to get she looked extremely put out but begrudgingly asked someone to help her. After waiting....and waiting they finally came out with it but since the computers were down could not sell it to me unless I waited because it seemed to difficult to do up a manual receipt. I left and never will go back. There are tons of companies that sell the same product and this has got t be one of the worst. I would say it is so dirty, filthy, disorganized, poorly lit, dusty with more old outdated product that I have ever seen at a pawn shop but frankly, there is no pawn shop that is this bad. It really is unbelievable. My suggestion would be that the owner of this dive, go on a two week holiday and when he gets back he should stop at ALL of his competitors before he walks into his hole of a store. If he does that and looks with a fresh set of eyes I think he would be extremely embarrassed about the business he is running..........Next thing, fire the woman at the front counter as she is reflects more poorly on the way the business is run that the disastrous environment....unless of course he just does not care.....and that...... would not surprise me, not at all. Avoid this place at ALL costs. No matter how far you have to drive to go to a competitor you will be extremely happy you did. Just horrible, horrible, horrible.
