I showed up late for an appointment here due to heavy traffic. As a result I had to pay a $40 fee. I was quite put out by this, as I had to get a TB test for a medical exam, and there was no other opportunity to do this. The receptionist was understanding, and I could see that she was just doing her job, so I didn't fault her. I was told I could wait in case someone else didn't show up, so I did. This didn't happen, but a nurse happened to have a spare moment and told me she would do the test for me. The staff were quite gracious and the receptionist even refunded my $40 (I imagine she was bending the rules a bit, but I definitely appreciated it!)

Not sure why this place has any bad reviews. I had a wonderful experience here. I went for vaccinations for a practicum through my post secondary institution, so that means I had to have two appointments due to a test I had done. The nurse I dealt with was wonderful and very compassionate about my needle phobia (which is now cured because of the great experience). Everyone there was friendly and kind and I was seen quickly. They even have wifi.

Unlike everyone else, I had a great experience. Visit was very informative, the nurse that helped me was very polite and thorough. She let me know which vaccines were available for free through AHS and which ones were not. No pressure in terms of deciding whether to get certain shots or not. Yes, it's expensive but that will be the case anywhere you go. Yes, you have to pay for parking as the building is downtown. Otherwise, easy to book an appointment (online). Nothing bad to say about this place!

The receptionist who answered my phone call this afternoon was HORRIBLE! She was so rude! I was just trying to book an appt for my mom and she started questioning how my mom would enter the workforce if she can’t even speak for herself! I can’t believe how they would put people like that as receptionist! So unprofessional and shameful. Seriously, I am not the only one here complaining about how extremely rude the receptionists are. Please, please, train your people!
