First visit was "helped" by staff. Pointed to showroom area with no pricing and handed us a bunch of pamphlets with no pricing. Ok cool we can come back once we know what we like. Come back just be told we are not going to be helped and they can give us pamphlets....I'll just install a paper bathroom with my pamphlets. I can appreciate that my one bathroom project will not make you the same money a contractor will but then don't serve the public. Both times staff were unwelcoming and rude. Will not be back.

I purchased my Rinnai C85 heater when I built my house 9 years ago, along with a substantial amount of other products from this business. I have returned to the store several times to purchase replacement parts, or additional parts, and they have only been able to supply one replacement part in 9 years. I returned yesterday for a part for the Rinnai, and was told "I've never heard of that model". I thought to myself, I purchased this unit from you. The clerk was unable to find the part I was looking for, and seemed annoyed that I was there for help. He suggested I try their competition for the part, and as I left, I wished I had thought of that nine years ago.
