Upon entering I found a typical parts counter setup. As it was my first time here I looked for some direction as to the process involved in "shopping" here but found none. It would have lowered my discomfort/stress levels if there was even minimal signage indicating what to do next but I had to wander and watch the "regulars" to figure it out. Once at the counter the staff were more than helpful with my "not sure what I need" list of wants. Staff happily spent the extra time required to make sure I left with everything to do the job. All in all I found everyone there to be friendly, courteous and open to conversation which eased the anxiety of a first time visit. They had what I needed and pricing was on par with 3 other businesses I priced checked before coming. I will shop here again and they have my recommendation.

Staff was really helpful in finding my plumbing items. Got them to me easy. I found abs dwv fittings wouldn't find at Lowe's. Emco had my brand of abs dwv fittings canplas brand. They were fine with doing cash sales. I was quite impressed. Thanks for the excellent service.

Terrible service arrogant staff wont sell me an air conditioner as stated by one of there staff we only support our local contractors. What a joke! This is why we shop in the USA. Your loosing money where are your brains. Stay away from this place
