Reliance Home Comfort

I find the techs that come out very knowledge and helpful. My tank is old, approx 11yrs and I feel that it should be changed out and I get very little feed back. I have tried to call about having it changed out and the call centre did not know the number to call locally. The tech gentleman helped me out with this. My experience has been for the most part positive but would love to be able to call locally instead of in Toronto and hope the message gets to Local Techs even though they have an entire team here in Thunder Bay.

The Reliance service team has been amazing. They are professional, quick, friendly, amd super helpful. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and repairs to my hot water tank, sub pump, and furnace. I purchased the extra plumbing coverage/insurance and it was well worth it! Service crew were assigned very quickly for non emergency repairs and maintenance. The hours were very flexible from 8am till 11pm so it worked well with my busy work schedule. Thanks Reliance!

Came home at 5am from work and house was only 13 Celsius and dropping fast had to turn furnace off because it was blowing cold air in and it is -20 out. Called for service at 8am and Braden arrived at 9:40, he went into my dugout and didn't complain, when he found problem he was honest that part might not be in stock and said they would help with heaters to keep heat in house if needed. He had part back at office and went back down into a cold damp cramped work area and got the job done. He explained because we had protection plan it was free, thanks for saving xmas. Great customer service and I will recommend Reliance and their technicians to everyone.

We just had a Reliance service technician to our home to look at our furnace, it just wasn't running right. Julian the technician was so amazing. Not only was he able to solve our issue right away but he took the time to explain the problem and answer our questions. He was knowledgeable and friendly. This is EXACLTY how to provide first rate service. Thank you Reliance and specifically Julian, I hope you enjoy the Christmas cookies...

Thank you so much for repairing our furnace so quickly. I was able to get service the following day after calling. Whenever I have called Reliance, they were always very kind, patient and helpful. The Service people that have come to my home, have always gone over and beyond, by answering questions and offering advice.
