I work with Wolseley daily and this branch is the best run operation I have dealt with. Landon saves me more times than I would like to admit.
I used to frequent this place for all of my plumbing needs due to the high level of expertise and helpfulness. I called today and was effectively told to come in and pull the parts myself because they didn't have time to deal with a customer on the phone. My question is, if you aren't offering customer service and I have to pull the parts what's stopping me from just buying online and skipping the middle man. I've also known Rick the GM in cranbrook and this is not how he wanted the company to be represented. Jarrod I believe was the person in charge of answering the phone when I called and had little to no customers service skills.
Poor customer service, can’t be bothered to look anything up. The 3rd time I have called there for thing with a poor response.
Britt and Denelle are such a pleasure to deal with, they always have a smile on their face and always willing to help out in anyway possible, their wacky sense of humour is infectious.
Great place for personal help.
