No previous experience with tHis company but this past Friday a new gas range was delivered to our home. I had forgotten to arrange the hookup and towards 4:00 in the afternoon I realized we might have an issue with the weekend and Christmas and company all around the corner. I phoned the store where we had purchased the range and asked for a recommendation. I was given M @ K Plumbing contact info. When I phoned - Jim one of the owners answered and said he would have someone to the house right away. The techician arrived with 20 minutes and Jim dropped by himself to ensure there was no need for parts or anything other help. The range was hooked up, all parts checked to see they were working and they left. Greatly appreciated this fast and very friendly service.

Came and fixed our furnace in a timely fashion. Important when it's -25c outside.
