We needed some ducting reworked to reduce our bulkhead in our son’s bedroom. The tech who showed up came in a day earlier than expected and got the work done in half the time we were quoted. He was friendly and efficient and we will be using high point for all our future plumbing and heating needs. Amazing service!

This is our first experience using High Point Plumbing & Heating after having them referred to us by a family member. We recently purchased our house and our furnace was making horrible noises. They diagnosed the problem the same day, order the part overnight and we now have a working furnace, all within 48 hours. When they came to install the part, the gentleman was very professional and efficient. He even did a visual inspection of all our shut off valves and tagged them so we knew what they were. He also put a cap on an unconnected , but turned off, gas line. Thank you for making what could have been a costly (and cold) ordeal, into a pain free and reasonably priced experience. After such a pleasant experience, we will definitely be using them again!

Our furnace stopped working late one evening. I woke up early and called High point. They were there within a few hours and then spent most of the day dealing with my issue. The service was great and the employee was very knowledgeable. We had only been in the house a month so we had a few other questions about the system he took the time to answer our questions and he fixed more than just the one initial problem. I highly recommend High Point!

Hot Water tank blew, High Point had a guy there 20 minutes after I called. Great service and reliable advice. I am a repeat customer now.

When John serviced my furnace and fireplace he explained everything to me efficiently and took the time to answer any questions I had. He installed a new hot water heater in a timely manner and explained how it worked and labeled the valves for my information. I was able to book my appointment in a timely manner and had a quick turn around time for installing the water tank. I was very pleased with John's service.
