We've always had a good experience with this company. They are the first call we make when we need a plumber. I recommend them to my daughter, as well, when she thought she needed a new hot water tank. It turned out all she needed was a new thermal coupler, and they saved her hundreds of dollars by being honest & efficient.

I called after my shower stopped working and numerous people on facebook recommended them. I phoned on a Tuesday morning and talked with the secretary who was friendly and polite. I was told that the plumber would call me to talk about what was wrong and arrange a time. When he phoned he seemed extremely rushed and came across as rude. I understand that people can be busy but he called me, he could've picked a time when he wasn't in the middle of something. I was told that I would hear from him by the end of the week, and I said that suited me fine. I never got a phone call so on the following Monday I phoned a different plumber who was here within an hour and had my shower running in two hours. If your business is extremely busy that's fine, but give an honest timeframe with your customers and maybe work on your communication skills.
