Great tasting food, especially for the price. Happy to support this local family run restaurant that puts out impressive quality food. Ordered myself the Combo F and can definitely say I’ll be back for more Kid-friendliness: Very friendly family run business

We are from out of town and were craving c hinese food, looked up a bunch of places and read the reviews. We decided to try Wok Out, we are very happy we did! We got combo B & F, they were delicious!! So much food, fresh tasting no old oil taste, just perfect! We will definitely be ordering again when we are back in September! Thank you!

We order from here quite often but tonight was not there best- they were over an hour and half late - I have kids and was not expecting to have to eat at almost 8:30 at night! And when we finally got the food it was cold- no one likes cold Chinese food! Not that it was expected but a discount on the order would have been nice considering they were so late! Sadly this is not first time but the food is good so we keep trying but unfortunately I think my family and I will move on to a different Chinese restaurant. For people who live in glenmore the new empress is amazing and I suggest ordering from there!

Best Chinese food in Kelowna by a long shot! I get the combo F and there is always leftovers. Great value for under $20. They’re usually busy so if you want dinner at a specific time call 25-45min beforehand. Would highly recommend.

The food was really good! We ordered combo A sub Chow mein & F, wonton soup and a spring roll, all of it was really tasty! We will definitely order here again.

Best take-out Chinese food in Kelowna, I have tried most of the places and by far this is the best and always consistent. The fried rice and noodles are delicious. The meats such as pork, chicken or beef are very good and always yummy. I definitely recommend this for any Chinese food lover.Food: 5/5

This has been our "go to" destination for at least the last 10 years and we have never been disappointed by the food, always fresh and hot. However, last week our food was not up to our expectations. I ordered a combo D and an order of the deep fried prawns. The prawns were the smallest we have ever had here and undercooked and even 1 without a prawn in the batter, the almond chicken in the combo was dry and the chow mein was not freshly cooked. Literally left a bad taste with us and unsure if we will be back.

Everything that I ordered was very tasty and at good prices. Mij daughter lives close by and also like their food. I recommend trying them out.

Ordered Chicken fried rice, sesame chicken, and chicken balls. I'm extremely dissatisfied. Not a single piece of good chicken in all orders, it's all either extremely chewy and fatty, or sinewy and unchewable. The fried rice tasted a week old and has no flavour except pepper, which is odd. I highly recommend going elsewhere. We ended up throwing it all out as I wouldnt even feed this rubbish to an animal.

Sunday Jan 1st. You guys were busy. Food was supposed to be ready 30 min's after phone call. Instead of making people wait in the parking lot for 30 to 45 minutes in their cars. Just tell them "Your food will be ready in 1 hour or 1 Hour min's"
