Wok Inn Restaurant

We pre ordered New Years Eve dinner via Skip the dishes. It took a lot longer than I ordered it for. But I expected that as it is New Years. We tipped our courier well being as he was stuck waiting too. But It all worked out. And boy was it ever good. I am not usually one to like chow mein, but theirs was amazing. Everything we ordered, I would order again. Just so good.

Was told pickup for 6:35 waited till 7:00 inside with truck running. The lady answered the phone and started taking people's order while I was waiting in line already for 5 min before paying Instead of putting them on hold. My beef and vegetables came with 1 piece of beef and no carrots. The only thing my daughter loves from it. Unbelievable.!! Not to me tonight no plum sauce with my spring rolls. This is the second experience in a row similar to this one I'm not going back

Disappointing. We used to order here quite often in previous years and loved it. The last 4 times the food was very tasteless, serving sizes are smaller and the chicken is very dry and overcooked. Sure it's cheap, but you get what you pay for. We will be trying other places from now on. Was hoping we just got unlucky but unfortunately I think it's the new normal :

I Love wok inn especially in westbank. I was working out in black mountain and thought I'd grab a meal before getting home. I was definitly not pleased... chicken balls weren't cooked enough, sad amount of beef and veg.. not to mention the vegetables were turning and had a sour/bitter taste.. I've always spoke well and recommend westbank Wok Inn. Yet east kelowna off hwy 33 I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Wish I would have drove further out of my way to westbank for a better meal. Also no soy sauce, plum sauce or sticks thrown in the bag including very shaded service... even though I said thank you have a good day before I knew how awful my meal was going to be I never got a response. Just walked off back into the kitchen. Definitly won't support this place again

I recently ordered take-out from Wok Inn Restaurant in Kelowna and was extremely impressed with my experience. The food was delicious and arrived hot and fresh. The portions were generous and the flavors were authentic. I particularly enjoyed chicken chow mein, and the sweet and sour pork. I will definitely be ordering from here again in the future! Highly recommend for those looking for great take-out Chinese food in Kelowna.

Consistently good food time after time. Best value for Chinese in Kelowna with so many places raising prices so dramatically. We need to support these places that are trying to keep their prices low.

Delivery was prompt. Food was not satisfying. Meals ordered was a combo. The chowmien combo has about 75% noodles which not good not satisfying. End up throwing the noodles. Meat and vegetables were scarce. Vegetarian options: Food ordered of with chowmien noodles is compose of 75% instead of the whole meal. Not satisfied Have a pic but I dnk if I can post it.

Great meal, good prices. Sweet and sour chicken balls are mostly chicken with a great thin layer of batter! English is a second language so our phone order turned out to be unfortunately almond chicken instead of lemon chicken. I'm allergic to nuts, so it left a lot for my wife to eat 2nd meal.

This place is close to my work and ordering take out for my family for dinner is always satisfying and a good value. Everything here is fresh, the vegetable selection is great, and as another reviewer mentioned earlier the CHOW MEIN is the BEST in Kelowna. Super happy we have this place here!

Its OK on a good day and not so much other times. Strange order system and often the front staff come accross rude. They are often on the phone and taking an in person order at same time and not repeating back etc. Comical to watch but the frustration on peoples faces is understandable. Food quality is not great unfortunately. Ginger beef is not crispy and its grissly minute steak you'll be spitting in garbage. Some things are OK but merely OK. Wish it was better. Theres only one good Chinese place in Kelowna area and thats in Peachland. Oddly prices are not much different from there to here but the quality is night and day. Wok Inn is a step up from mall food but ..... just. No dine in. Its all take out. Small section of tables but its just people sitting waiting for takeout. Parking lot is a mess. Strange building, strange neighborhood and cast of characters. I wouldnt want to be in this business I must admit and it appears this place is on a thread.
