Imperial Banquet Restaurant

I am not sure how restaurant like this even do business here! Such awful taste, and horrible horrible looking food. I ordered two egg rolls and fried rice. Egg rolls looks like they showered in the oil. It was dripping all over my table. And fried rice, I barely will call it rice! Some low quality rice was used, no moisture. Maybe chef is a five year boy! who cooked rice, put some frozen walmart veggies and barely any chicken and hopped for the best! if I was there, I would not pay any penny for the food. Skip only paid me 50% back, I did not eat anything, all in garbage. This is not okay!

This was always our go to, was super excited when they finally opened back up. Have ordered twice since they’ve reopened and what a complete disappointment. The chow mein is different and both times the noodles were burnt and mushy. Only 1 piece of almond chicken and the sweet and sour pork has no flavour and is very chewy. The beef mixed vegetables again completely different and not very good. Not sure if it’s changed owners or cook, but either way I unfortunately won’t be returning: and yes I did give it a second try, because I thought the first one, was just an off night.

This place used to be my favorite Chinese in Kelowna. Ever since they reopened after being closed for months it has gone downhill. The chow mein used to unreal and now it is flavourless. Almond chicken was way over cooked and extremely dry and super thin. The Beef was spongy and 1 soy sauce for dinner combo for 3. I hope the owners see this and go back to their old ways becuase this place is now . What a waste of $70 and the calories!

Oh no! I reordered from last weekday steamed rice, Singapore rice noodle and ginger chicken. Last week was delicious, however, today's was so tasteless and dry. The steamed rice was so dried out tested reheated from the fridge and the noodles were as well. Not much sauce this time on the ginger chicken and tasted overcooked as well. Not worth the $54 I paid for skip delivery despite delivery being on time.

Had some take out this weekend since they’ve opened back up, and it’s just as good as it was before.

Had it before and it was amazing. Had it last night and it was terrible. Don't know what changed but don't recommend at all if it's always like that

Best Chinese food I've ever had, and the family that owns the resturaunt is amazing Dietary restrictions: I eat kosher and had no problem getting amazing food here

Online menu prices does not match in restaurant prices. They didn’t hint the lower online posted price. Very disappointing.
