Management needs to have a talk with employees. Walked in at 840pm . It was clear that the employees were frustrated . Overheard them complain about me walking “right before store closing” . There was 20 minutes ! Additionally, they were calling for everyone to bring their purchases to the cashier, and stating a time that was five minutes later than the actual time . If they don’t wanna work, they should not hire these people. Certainly not complaining about the people who are spending money to provide the job. There are not enough jobs in Canada right now for this type of behavior. Poor service .

Disappointing purchase of Kenneth Cole luggage. Tags showed Limited Lifetime warranty. Wheels broke and the manufacturer agreed to replace the suit case. They were to ship me a new one. Then they realized I was not in the US and said they couldn't do anything about it. I contacted TJX/Winners and they said there was nothing they could do. The warranty does not indicate it isn't covered outside the US. It's unfortunate nobody will credit me the $129.99 I spent. I see there s a 3-pc set at Canadian Tire for the same price. They stand behind the warranty. I'll get it there.nSupport Canadian companies!

Friendly cashiers, long line but it moves quickly. Lots of stock. Nice clean store.

Boring store. Makes me wonder how they find enough customers to pay their high prices for average things. Plenty of parking, and not too busy.
