Bart provided fantastic service with quality products. Unfortunately  this week is the last one for the brick and mortar retail shop. Bart is closing down. It is very difficult to sell SUP and kayaks when you can't get product!

I purchased an inflatable paddleboard from Green Canoe this summer and I have to say, Bart was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He had the exact model I was looking for, which was very hard to find at the time, and he kept me updated as to exactly when he'd be receiving it so I could come pick it up. He set aside a PFD and a paddle for me as well, and picking everything up was a breeze. The manufacturer had shipped the board without a fin and Bart had the replacement shipped in within a day, even though he lent me one of his own fins for me to use in the meantime. As a cherry on top, Bart even had the fin sent to Toronto for me with a family member so I could pick it up locally. This is the epitome of "above and beyond" service, 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Bart!

Owner Bart is just a great guy with a strong knowledge of his products. Helped us through a trying time with a pungo hatch even though we had not bought our kayak from him and would not benefit at all financially from the deal. Just bought our third kayak from him at a great price. Worth the drive to get there. Has our business as long as he stays in it.

Was visiting Cobourg yesterday and happened upon this store.  Our experience was exceptional.  We were served by Caleb, who was extremely knowledgeable and personable.  He was able to easily answer all of our questions about kayaking, boarding and about Cobourg and the surrounding area.  We would definitely come here again.  Thanks Caleb for your great service.

Super helpful and friendly ! Day rental for kayaks is available here and rates are very reasonable and location is close to the water. Best part is rental equipments are in pristine condition and very clean. Big thumbs up!
