I've visited this Winners in search of some wardrobe updates and was drawn in by the extensive clothing selection. While I appreciated the variety, I couldn't help but notice that the quality of items at this location seemed a bit lacking compared to other Winners stores I've visited. It appears that the stock can be hit or miss, and on this occasion, it was more of a miss for me. My expectation was to find a few high-quality pieces at affordable prices, but the selection didn't quite meet my hopes in terms of quality.nnThat said, I did find a positive in their press-on nails section, which I regularly check out. They offer a decent range, and I've found some unique designs that are hard to come by elsewhere. This makes it a convenient stop when I'm looking for quick and affordable beauty accessories.nnOverall, while my experience was somewhat mixed, I appreciate the convenience and variety that Winners offers. The staff were friendly. However, I believe that improvements in the quality of clothing items could enhance the shopping experience. I'll continue to visit for specific items like press-on nails but may explore other locations for clothing.nnkellychan360

Such a pretty store—calm yet vibrant at the same time. It’s very well stocked, clean, and organized, which makes shopping here really enjoyable. The staff are also very nice and welcoming. Overall, a lovely place to shop!

Terrible customer service. I was purchasing two pots, the larger one was price at 7.99$ and the small one at 12.99$. As I was checking out I mentioned to the cashier that the tags must have got mixed us large would be 12.99 small for 7.99. Then she went on to tell me that they are both 12.99. And I asked her to honour the price because of it being labeled wrong, and if I wouldn’t have mentioned anything nothing would have happened. The woman had the audacity to tell me that “that was my good deed for the day”. I bought the pots because I wanted them anyways. And as I was walking out, I found another small pot labeled for 7.99. They ended up refunding me, but it was an overall terrible experience. If your staff labeled the pot wrong why should I pay extra.

First department store that I’ve been to where they rejected children to utilize their restroom. To add to that, understaffed and very third world looking winners. Would recommend driving to Dufferin and Major Mackenzie where the store is modern, friendlier, cleaner and they will allow to use their restroom. This place is a dumpster fire
