I've visited this Winners in search of some wardrobe updates and was drawn in by the extensive clothing selection. While I appreciated the variety, I couldn't help but notice that the quality of items at this location seemed a bit lacking compared to other Winners stores I've visited. It appears that the stock can be hit or miss, and on this occasion, it was more of a miss for me. My expectation was to find a few high-quality pieces at affordable prices, but the selection didn't quite meet my hopes in terms of quality.nnThat said, I did find a positive in their press-on nails section, which I regularly check out. They offer a decent range, and I've found some unique designs that are hard to come by elsewhere. This makes it a convenient stop when I'm looking for quick and affordable beauty accessories.nnOverall, while my experience was somewhat mixed, I appreciate the convenience and variety that Winners offers. The staff were friendly. However, I believe that improvements in the quality of clothing items could enhance the shopping experience. I'll continue to visit for specific items like press-on nails but may explore other locations for clothing.nnkellychan360

I've been a loyal customer at this clothing store for over three years, buying items for my team of more than ten people. Unfortunately, my recent visit was marred by a very negative interaction with an employee named Nilo. When I approached her with a simple question, she not only ignored me but responded aggressively when I asked again.nnThis type of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone representing a brand I have supported for so long. I genuinely hope that the management takes this matter seriously and works to improve staff interactions with customers. It's important for a business to ensure that all customers feel welcomed and valued.

I have been to this winner’s location many times, but never had such horrible experience. I was checking out, and this Persian woman named Nilo was trying to frame us for changing the tag of an expensive clothing. She was yelling at us and giving bad costumer service. She was saying that I replace the tag of something that was clearly very secured on the clothing piece. It was a horrible experience.

The staff for this location are really friendly but the branch manager is gradually changing the attitude for worse. You don't feel like a valued customer visiting the store anymore. I.e. They have locked the rest rooms to be only for the employees not customers! I am not sure if other winners are also like this but to me, this is insulting the customer.

Went there on the 07th of January 2025 went to the counter where there was a middle age blond lady in the name of Regina unfortunately shes the manager of that store wow with the most misreble face you would ever see on a human as she saw me and my little 7 year old was standing on the que we noticed her mood just change it was as if though maybe coz of our dark skin colour or somthing she really didnt want to serve us her body language said it all she completely changed towards us even my 7 year old noticed that at the same time she was dealing with another customer which was a female white caucasian and i was watching how she was smileing and being all friendly with that customer and everything and her body language with that customer was completely fine so as that customer leaves and it comes to our turn i noticed her body language completely change again when i asked her where can i find a particular item she put a face on and wiith an attitude said have you come to return any items which i said no and i asked her where can i find bow tie she said with an attitude i dont know go and check over there if its not there then i dont know which i clearly saw in her face that she really didnt wanna serve us from the biggining coz maybe of my skin colour i dont know what was going through her head but believe no two ways we felt the discriminación by her but all the other cashiers was good and this is the manager of winners in Richmond Hill 10520 branch wow how sad and this woman is suppose to represent this store and winners in general.
