I was a loyal customer to this brand since 10 years ago till now, bought the expensive boot from them for $248, after 3 month it was ripped for no reason and i was wondering what happen? Go to this store to return and get my money back since it was faulty from the manufacture, they said they will be fix it no return policy, only 30 days is a return policy,are you serious? International famous brand has a faulty on their product and no return policy after 30 days???? They stitch the leather and as you see in the pictures its still no good and eventually will be ripped again, they said only one time they'll fix it even if something happens to their shoes they will no longer accept to fix it. They offer me to take any the other shoes if you want but thats the only one time buy No Warranty No Return No Box No receipt. So disappointed about this international famous brand . Everyone should be aware of their policy to do not buy any shoes from them anymore, they should be responsible for their product , after 3 months $248 is just wasted. For all the people who see this review the Regional Manager follow up the issue and send me New pair of the boots. I would like to show my appreciation because your follow up with the loyal customer. Thanks John
Great place to shop with kind and helpful staff members. I purchased a pair of boots, very happy and I came back the next day to purchase another type of shoes. The sales associates were very helpful for me ti choose the right item. I am thankful to all, the manger and all staff members. Don’t forget I did shopping on BOXING WEEK, and I was lucky to receive additional discount which is always worth it. I highly recommend the place to shop.
The store has an unbelievable amount variety of shoes. Alex is super helpful and went out of her way just to make sure that everything we were looking for were found. The other staff were also super nice and friendly. Probably the best ECCO I’ve ever visited. EVER. Thanks for making this an amazing experience for me!
We found the staff very helpful. They did not have the shoes that my wife wanted, so they did an online order to have them delivered to our home. They were indeed delivered the very next day. We appreciate their service.
They sell defective shoes with stitching that comes undone in 1-2 weeks. Beware of buying an item on sale, because you like the style, color and do not care about the discount unless you are willing to throw money on shoes that you can’t wear, then this is the brand to go with. They will tell you they are doing you a favour by using a cobbler on a new shoe that will fix the stitching and make it impossible to wear, unless if you want a permanent foot injury! In their reply, they classified foot injury as “comfort issues”, and it was my problem as a customer! Yes, it’s was my fault buying from your brand full of defective irreplaceable products that causes foot injuries. I’m throwing the new shoes that I can’t wear so I can walk uninjured!
3 years before I came across this store. Wonderful store. Leila gave me more professional explanation. Enthusiastic and friendly. very wonderful experience. Highly reconmend.
I have been shopping in this location for a couple of years now but never had such a great experience before. I can never express how grateful I am to Gurprit. she has got some great knowledge about what she does and her customer service skills the way she communicates is remarkable, the staff in that location are friendly and treat us customers nicely too. ECCO is blessed to have such great people, especially Gurprit : cheers, keep up the good work

I have been purchasing Ecco shoes for over 10 years now, and this was the first time I visited this store with a friend. The people at this location and the manager Alex went above and beyond in helping me find and order the size for the shoes I was looking at. I was surprised by the large selection of shoes and how organized the store was kept as I’ve been to other shoe outlets. Looking forward to visiting during the holiday season again!
