A great variety of romance enhancement items. A decent selection raging from lubes, toys, bondage, anal, lingerie, and misc. Items that allow you to find what you're looking for. One thing that I found to enjoy was the staff. They dont over crowd you but are always there to over suggestions, advice, take items to the register (to allow for a more discrete shopping experience) and help with any and all questions you may have. Over all, the stuff understand that most people are comfortable with a traditional shopping experience in this environment and respect that. If you're unsure of lingerie not fitting or looking good before you try, dont be afriad as they do have a fitting room. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE. But lets be honest, none of us would want to purchase sex products knowing they've been returned!

I am sad t have to leave a negative review for a local business but I have been left with no choice. We have been shopping at Dick & Jane for over a year now and have spent in excess of $500.00 there. Last fall we purchased a Shibari My Wand there and within the first month the power cord was defective and it shorted out. Sparks literally came out of the cord. When we brought this to the attention of the store manager/owner, she informed us that we must file a claim with the manufacture. If you go to the Shibari web site, it does not even have warranty information. The link they provide simply has more selling points and what appears to be a Chinese translation of warranty information that makes no sense. We have been trying to have Shibari replace the massager but as of yet they are not responding. That was a @ $180 purchase. In the last week we purchased another product, after removing it from the package, it appears to have a very poorly designed cap to hold the batteries in. The cap comes undone with the slightest pressure. Because it was within a week of purchase, we returned to the store only to be told once again that Dick & Jane would not help us. The lady looked at the product, fiddled with it, and told us they have had no other problems with these. This even though I showed her how the battery cap pops right off. She would not stand behind product they sell and told to us contact the manufacture. That was a $119 purchase. Dick & Jane is willing to loose a customer who not has only spent over $500 in their store, but also will now never come back. We try to purchase locally to support small businesses. We know the prices are much higher than online, but usually local businesses are willing to go above and beyond to help customers. Not Dick & Jane. My advice is to carefully check the quality of products you purchase at Dick & Jane as the after sales support is zero. Take care, be well.
