I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Sonia Hevey online. I'd contacted the American branch of Lillebaby on a Sunday evening and by early Monday morning, she'd responded to me in detail about the product I was interested in. She also coordinated the item being shipped to the closest retailer to me in a very efficient manner. Overall, I feel confident that if there are any issues with my purchases, they'll be dealt with quickly and professionally. The customer service I received was outstanding.

Not sure what the story is with the other two bad reviews, but we had a fantastic customer service experience. Responded quickly to my request for parts for Hilo high chair, even troubleshooted the issue for me. Outstanding.
