Unfortunately, this is the second time I have had to deal with the Manager of the store. Both times it was to ask a simple question. First time she rolled her eyes and walked away from me. An employee told me she only spoke French which didn't excuse the fact that I tried in both English and then French. The second time was when I called and she left me on hold for 20 minutes. I called back and asked my question very politely in which I received a series of grunts and was put back on hold again for another 5 minutes only to get more attitude when she picked back up.  Very unprofessional and an extremely poor example to her staff.

Good collection of formal clothes. Got even a custom formal Calvin Klein shirt made. Friendly staff members who help you select the right kind of clothes and makes you take a decision. The store is located right at St Catherine street in downtown Montreal.

Today I went in for about 15 minutes looking for a white shirt and dress pants after going to some other stores. The service at Moores was so great, that now I will only go to Moores for my fancy clothing needs. A lady named Virginia helped me out and got me on my way. Too efficient, Virginia should tet a nice raise for her work and customer service. Excellent customer service, really makes Moores stand out over other companies.  The people help you out from start to finish, even take sizes, suggest clothes.

I went to Moores on Easter Monday where I met Cliff. Needed a 3 piece suit, he hooked it up. His expertise in style, trends and fashion is on point. I like how he is direct, brutally honest and tells you literally what looks good and what does not on you. We need more people like that who are not afraid to tell it like it is. He takes the time to explain to you why & how certain things should look on your body. On a side note he has a comedic flare which makes the interaction of purchasing something important an enjoyable experience.

Amazing customer service! We went there slightly before closing hours to purchase a few things for my bf. The guy upstairs was really friendly, gave us great advice and helped my bf to pick shirts and pants. Rarely had such an awesome service -, there were 2 other employees as well when we went to pay and I assume one of them was the manager but all of them were friendly and nice. Will definitely think of that store in the future may we need something else!

Fantastic service! Clifford was very knowledgable, helpful and friendly THANK YOU. My boyfriend and I came in to get him a suit for an upcoming summer wedding... and we've looked everywhere prior to stepping into Moores we wanted something budget-friendly that would not break the bank. Keeping in mind, we are also just 2 kids who don't know a single thing about wedding attire and what to look for. Wish we saved a bunch of grief by coming into this store right away. Today, there happened to be a promo for custom suit set... everything from being measured, to the customization possible jacket colour, fabric, name embroidery, etc. and tailoring/adjustment afterwards. Look forward to picking it up in-store in 4 weeks :

The tailor Cliff i believe was fantastic! So funny, helpful, and nice! He made our experience at the store amazing even though we were worried it’d be stressful! Thank you Cliff!

We had a lukewarm experience at some other suit shops, then we tried Moore. Cliff greeted us and set us up head to toe for half the price we were ready to pay. Will definitely  get all future suits here!

I had a pleasant experience shopping for suits at Moores. Despite limited options, I was able to find three beautiful suits.
