New Balance Oakville

I’ve been wearing a pair of New Balance for the least few years that I’ve loved, but haven’t taken care of very well so is nearing the end of its life. I wanted to get a shoe exactly like that one, but none of the larger stores had them. The employees here were super friendly and explained that my model is discontinued, but pointed me to the closest equivalent. Alifa was especially patient as he helped me test different sizes and explain which would be best for my feet. I can definitely see why this store is so highly rated, and I’ll be coming back once my new shoes die as well. Thanks for a great experience!

Went in to pick up some sneakers before myntrip to Europe and was welcomed by the warmest and sweetest fit specialist , Alifa.nnWe went over what I was looking for and he was quick to give me the options that best fit me + needs.nnHe was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the products! Intricate details that I would have never thought of! It’s apparent that he is very passionate about not only the shoes but the brand!nnSuper helpful and I was able to leave with the perfect shoes. Came to the store to try on some different shoes for my newly diagnosed Morton’s Neuroma and decide if I needed the standard width or wide. Staff at this store are very knowledgeable of their products and helping their customers! The foot scanner is very cool, and they even went above and beyond to call other stores for me. Highly recommend this store

The staff member at the location was very kind and polite. She was very knowledgeable about the product. I have purchased two trail running shoes here. The product and the experience shopping at this location is excellent every single time.
