Winners

Bought an earring which was with worst quality. Could not check in the store as got diverted with watches and even I asked the lady shall I open and see. The lady told me no and even I forgot to check after paying. After going home was eagerly waiting to wear it. Then could see the quality is too worse and the back stand was bent. When I came to the store to ask for the exchange and refused to do. The manager was rude and saying to give it as a gift to someone. I think she gets all the worst quality and broken gifts from someone poor lady manager. Never ever buy jewelry alone here.

I like this store, yesterday I did a shopping there and the cashier name Nadia was so sweet, she was so nice and explained me few things about the loyalty card. The only one thing is that they have less stuff in the home decor section, if wish they can keep more stuff like the way they have at the Winners store in Georgetown. Winners is always my first choice for shopping.

I love their customer service and how they respect everyone also, the guy who was in front of the changing room was awesome really deserves appreciation.
