Canadian Tire

I went to grab some fishing items. I had to return empty handed twice just because the store had no staffs on sports department. I waited half an hour just to no avail. I even had someone from the cashier announce twice that I have been waiting for almost half an hour. I always see bunch of staffs willing to hook you up on credit cards, and yet I do not see anyone helping me out on the core values what this store claims to care or vouch for. Please hire some more folks, the store looks like it needs some love. I definitely would give negative stars if I could.

The WORST store. Just to get tires I've to go back and forth 6 times.nnHere's my experience,nnFirst go to auto, then billing, then behind billing, then auto again, then right counter of auto, then to the same person who took the order.nnAnd after paying almost $1200 for tires. Noone will help you to take ur tires to ur car, even if you ask for help.nnThey didn't even wrap up the tires or give some or any sort of cover for the tires.. at least give plastics.nnIf I can give negative stars, I would have.

Placed an online is store pickup order for one of the items which was on sale discount, and the order was automatically cancelled from their end. Then the sale ended right away and price went up.nnI visited their location Shoppers World and explained the same thing and presented their customer service the proof that what was the price I saw. They matched the price and sold the item to me.nnExcellent customer service and very helpful. Their warehouse associate also helped me to load the heavy box in my van.nnCheers!

Other than a small dispute with one of the department managers, my experience is always a pleasure at this location. Very well-stocked and very organized store.nI love the fact that they have the party city balloon section! So much faster than going to party city for balloons

This store is located at a very good place, nearby Sheridan college and bus stop. You can get almost everything here. Good quality, beautiful and with discounts. Bigger discounts in Black Friday. Christmas decorations are really nice and if you visit there, surely you will buy something. There is also vacancy for all positions if anyone is in need.
