Canadian Tire

Need to walk a long way to meet customer service at par with any local convenience store service in Brampton. Arrange for some customer service course for the staff PLEASE! Before they spoil Canadian Tire's name. Only one person (M. Moed) had a smile and helped with providing discounts that they advertised.

Just like other Canadian tires. However service has improved as compared to few years ago.

Honestly I have been wanting to write a review about this place for a very long time. I have had mostly bad experiences when shopping here. Right now I am on hold and it's been approximately 25min. I am waiting for the parts department and no one has acknowledged that the light is blinking with an eager customer patiently waiting on the other side. I will not post any rude comments but will agree 100% with all the other Poster's and any people I have met when inside the store putting this establishment in the worst possible category for everything. I MEAN EVERYTHING!!!! customer service, stock, lack of help, lack of qualified personal, rude behaviour etc... Etc... Etc..... If you can avoid please please please do and if you must then I say to you GOOD LUCK!!!

Hour and 45 minutes for an old change and an etest. Nothing else going on in this slack shop and they charged me $20 to change an air filter that takes less than 5 minutes to do, which they even had to remove to check for me. I guess this is why I was doing my own old changes.

Can't stand the service here. I'd rather travel to the Canadian Tire in Georgetown than have to deal with the automotive department. They lack knowledge, service is WAY to expensive and overall customer service is terrible.
