Food was decent but, staff was overwhelmed! There were 2 people taking online orders, managing in-store orders and cooking the food. At a minimum the operation requires 3 IMO as both employees looked burnt out and were very visibly tired making silly mistakes like charging for bone in wings when a customer ordered boneless $8 difference. Then not having the time to process a refund so needed to open cash register 15min later and give a cash refund but, in quarters due to no time to go back and get bills. Food quality was 9/10 Service was 7/10 Wait time 25min was 5/10 Parking & Location: 4/10 No parking Also there was no dine in option only takeout or delivery most likely as a strategic initiative due to the lack of staff as who would then need to clean & maintain the sitting areas. Note all restaurants in MA have resumed normal operations but, private business choose the right to delay and use Covid as a reason - shrugs.. Overall experience was “ok”
Korean BBQ chicken sandwich combo that comes with fries add .10 cents for parmesan and a soda for $8 and change. Fries were mostly crispy with a decent amount of soggier ones. Could have used more parm. The chicken sandwich was better than I thought it would be, but not great just good. I would get sauce on the side next time so it would be more crispy. Bun was very soft, fresh, and toasted nicely. Nothing mind blowing but i wpuld order again. Ive had the wings before and they were very good, and they have a decent amount of flavor choices.
So the service was great. The people working are wonderful people. The food was real good. However, the place was exactly what you would expect in that neighborhood. Dirty and ghetto. Sticking to the floor. No locks on the bathroom doors. Addicts coming in to get out of the cold.Food: 4/5
Fried was soggy, like it was made early morning and I bought at 5pm. To salty and little cheese. Chicken over cook, dry and hard.
Had a great experience upon receiving my food. About 12pm on Feb 26th, whoever was cooking the food/handing out pick-up orders mentioned the people up front would help me but then he gave me my food for take-out so I didn't have to wait longer than necessary. It was much appreciated. The food was very well seasoned too. Much appreciated.
My Orders get screwed up pretty often. However they are always quick to fix the issue and support customers. Shout out to Chrissy. I came in hot and heavy however she came in very professional and, with empathy handled the situation. Staff like that is 1 in a mill. The Owner/Manager needs to realize who they have here. Again, Chrissy much love to you and your people skills.
Went to Wingstop today dine in with a friend the guy at the front was very nice, I ordered the barbecue chicken sandwich and boneless chicken with the spicy sauce I forgot the name and my boneless wings came out really really cold was a little sad brought my sandwich home and not really cooked in the middle maybe next time though definitely got to take your time when it comes to that chicken
My son ordered from here a few hours ago and they never came he paid off our card and tipped and never got his food. When we called they wouldn't give mo ey back because they went to the wrong house. Not right just not right. We work hard for our money as well. Act professional!!! So now had to call the bank because Noone will answer us at wing stop and once this posts to out bank then we will dispute it right away. Just not right .
1st time. Took some time for food but, it was worth it. I did enjoy my garlic parmesan boneless with cheese fries. Mm. I liked you can choose a couple flavors of chicken with your dish. I'd go again. Prices are reasonable. Parking: Located in Price Rite plaza.
Haven’t been here in a few years due to the last couple times my food was very poor quality. Placed an order online for the new sandwich, and I specifically selected no pickles. Well I got home to see that my sandwich had pickles and the top bun was soaked in pickle juice. I also was extremely underwhelmed with the size of the chicken. Compared to the ads I’ve seen for this, it was 1/3 of the size smaller… An annoying number of times of inconvenience, and with the past experiences here also been consistently negative I won’t be back here again.
