After a horrible experience at Rona in Bowness, who would cut would for me and told me to do their job I went to Windsor.nnFirst off let me say I'm so impressed at the good customer service! Decent customer service these days is really lack but here they were polite friendly and helpful.nnThey had no issues cutting simple wood. Fast, Friendly, Helpful and doesn't ask you to do their job.nnIt also looks like they hire locals & not cheap labour which is refreshing! I will support this business and any time I need something from Rona I will go to Windsor!

As someone with very limited experience in lumber & carpentry, I am so glad I was recommended Windsor Plywood. I came in with a project idea and the service I received was exceptional. I was very nervous when I arrived and was made to feel welcome and felt I was able to ask any questions any questions I had. If you are feeling apprehensive due to limited knowledge, I would definitely recommend visit their store for their great expertise and knowledge.
I had a fantastic experience with Windsor. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Johnette, who was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to educate customers on selecting the best materials. I highly recommend Windsor for their exceptional service and expertise.
Great service and wonderful staffs! I bought some materials a couple of times. Highly recommended!
