During my recent visit to the flooring department at Rona McLeod, I purchased a door transition strip. The exceptional customer care at Rona truly stands out in helping customers select the right products. I am grateful for the assistance provided by Walter from the flooring and blinds department. His extensive product knowledge and valuable ideas and suggestions were truly appreciated.nI visited Home Depot for the same product, but unfortunately, I experienced very poor customer service there. Rona's customer service is truly top-notch, and I am very pleased with my overall experience.
We went in to get a sheet of drywall. Morgan who saw us and came over to help us. Very pleasant and smiling and had a great attitude. Extremely nice to talk to and deal with. He should be commended on his customer service skills. A+ service from him.. Thank you Morgan.
I have to say there is a young man called Patrick that works in the Customer Service Department and my experience with him behooves me to write this: I have hired many people over the years and I recognize talent. You have a gem in that young man named Patrick and I hope his superiors realize the value. I watched him handle a situation going from one computer to another and all the while working for a solution. I needed to grab a couple of items at this Lowe's. The entry was similar to Home Depot with one end with entrance only and other end with exit only. The store is very organized, and each aisle has good signage. I did ask for help, and the gentleman who helped me knew exactly which aisle to head to and directed me. Floors are clean, and staff are always around to answer questions. I feel like this Lowe's is well-managed.
