My boyfriend and I went on Thanksgiving for a romantic dinner. The view, the special menu, the service were IMPECCABLE! They have a nice wine list to discover the wines of the region. Nobody rushed us to leave and it was very late. The staff was very friendly and polite. Maybe just a little bit too expensive but otherwise we really enjoyed our experience!

Breathtaking view. Food portions were much larger than I expected given the "fine dining" tag. Yes, it's $200 plus we spent closer to 300 for a meal for two here with drinks and tip, but I found it pretty fair by Niagara standards. Andrew, our server was really friendly and made the meal extra special even though he'd only been doing the job a few weeks. Lamb and cheese plate were my favourites. My wife found the turkey salad a little salty but I ate it no problem. The cheese plate in particular I thought was great value. If I went in Loblaw or Farmboy and bought that much cheese it would have been way more expensive than what we paid. Best Old Fashioned I've had in a while too, which was unexpected. Go here if you're looking to really celebrate.

My wife and I came to the area to celebrate Valentine's Day and her birthday. We had an amazing meal, service was excellent, intimate environment, wine was fantastic, and I have nothing negative to say about the experience. A little on the pricey side, but worth it. The view of the falls is amazing as well, with the entire one wall just being windows. Great wine list.

Beautiful views and great service. Truffle Mac and cheese with sausage and scallop was surprisingly light and delicious. Lamb entree would have been marvelous but each of the four pieces was full of fat. I love fatty meat but this was gross. It should never have been plated. I would have normally waited for a new entree but this restaurant needs to reconcile it's family hotel/romantic setting policy. There should be an age limit. There was a couple with a child whose few words of mama, hi , da and squeals echoed through the restaurant for 20 minutes. The parents thought this was cute. Then restlessness set in and the crying began. Then breastfeeding which barely calmed the child then more laughing and giggling. There is a time and place and this restaurant is not the place. I get that it was not the restaurants fault. But now is the time to implement a policy.

2 days ago we had a dinner for 4 adults with 6 kids. The place is not kids friendly, and doesn't have kids menu, even that it is located in the kids friendly hotel of Sheraton. Since there was not a kids menu, they managed to prepare offer the kids spaghetti with butter. for the adults the food was by far below the level of a chef restaurant, and each of us had to add spices in order for the food to be eatable. We paid $575.29 including one bottle of Ontario wine. The next day we dine at the The Rainbow Room by Massimo Capra, and had an outstanding experience for lower spend

Walked in to a beautiful view of the Falls and the rest was disappointment. A family with 3 young boys sat behind us and were very unruly. They broke a glass and a dish and were running around. We ordered a specialty martini that was to be ice wine, vodka and cranberry. Somehow olive juice was in it and it had to be returned. Four of us ordered the fish and chips and were sick that evening and the next day. Not a coincidence For the money, definitely not worth it. Wine selection and view was the best features.

The wine selection was amazing, but not as amazing as the food. Two of us had three courses, all perfectly portioned and delicious. The staff was friendly and polite, and our waitress had a great pace and never left us waiting for her to get back to us. Even if it wasn't as wonderful a restaurant as it was, that view would surely be worth any dining experience!

The lamb= zero flavor. The steak= over cooked. The chicken= decent. The fish and chips = edible. It was very disappointing for an over $400 meal. The salads pretty but again missing that special flavor. I recommend Lucky's it was 200 and a much better meal.

Don't waste your money here. Overpriced and the worst meal I have had out in along time! My girlfriend and I both had terrible bland meals. My fish was dry and very flavorless. My girlfriends chicken was very plain and had zero flavor. 1 martini and an entrée each. Our bill was $155.00!!! We went back to our room starving!

We went as a party of 6 this past Saturday. We were disappointed. Everything we ordered had maple syrup in it or on it. The fennel bread was served with Maple syrup butter, we asked for another option, all they had was regular butter which was fine with us but arrived hard as a rock. My sweet potatoes that are sweet enough came with maple syrup. The pork, yup maple syrup, fish yup maple syrup. Our waitress was very slow, we watched as other who arrived after us got their dinners before us even though there were only 6 options to the menue. When our bill arrived there was an extra 7% tax added to it which we were told was a promotional tax. We had to help them promote this restaurant. Later we found out that this is an OPTIONAL tax. Needless to say we will not be recommending this place.
