Country Chalet Restaurant

Unbelievable how this restaurant is still in business. It actually blows my mind. False advertising. I just had breakfast with my daughter and the 6.99 all you can eat breakfast was $13 because of a $4 glass of orange juice. Now I’m fine paying when there’s a menu with the cost or a staff member informing it’s not part of the buffet price but to just throw it on the bill in my opinion is highway robbery. It’s only $13 but I honestly feel ripped off. Plus she’s a kid, at least make a price for kids that don’t eat the same serving as an adult. A few sips and that OJ was wasted. Bad business practise from one business owner to another.

People griping about paying for drinks... Smdh. Excellent price, and the quality of the food was even slightly better than expected. My husband ordered the $4 orange juice just to spite the complainers. My one suggestion would be to raise the price of the buffet by a dollar and give people free water. They only have bottled water because people are so dang cheap, and they need to make some money on the drinks for Pete's sake! Great service. Simple.

THEY RUINED THE BACON. HOW DO YOU RUIN BACON?!!! Limited food on the buffet, no fresh fruit. It's very hot to eat inside, I feel they don't have the AC on. Overprice orange juice, be careful they wont tell you how much until you drink it.

Friend of mine tells me that there is this great all you can eat breakfast buffet in Niagara Falls, Ontario, for $6.99 (+ tax, of course (never fails)). Decided to go, and find it to be fairly decent, by the looks of it. When the very polite waitress asked me if I wanted something to drink, I requested an orange juice. At no point she mentioned that was not part of the $6.99 all you can eat deal. When they bring me the bill, $3.99 + tax for the OJ. Excuse me? I was already 1/2 way through it, but decided to complaint about it. Told them I was never informed of such item not been included in their so call all you can eat menu. I told them I therefore didn't want it, since their "deal" is deceiving. Their line was that the price was because it was really good quality OJ. Sorry, that where I come from is called highway robbery & a rip off. I had to pay for it, so from $6.99, I ended up paying over $12 with the OJ add on. This is unacceptable and I hope they contact me to extend me a full refund + a complimentary coupon for next time I go there. And only then, I will revise my review explaining that they did, since it was the right & honest thing to do. If not, it only prouves my point: they are deceiving the public, and in this case their customers....... Not a very ethical way to conduct a business. Please, inform your clients what is not included in the all you can eat menu when they order something that it is not. Don't wait until you bring the bill, and then there is no choice but to pay (dishonest 100%). Other than that, the food quality was decent (despite the "inconvenient", I didn't get sick.....) it looks

Amazing price. Food is your typical simple ‘eat to satisfy hunger’ food. Service was rushed.
