I wish I could give this place 6 stars! The storefront itself is typical, but it's Sam Samer and his wonderful team that make this location a phenomenal one I've brought my whole family here this past year to upgrade their phones, and Sam has made sure to help give everyone exactly what they want. Today, it was finally my turn to upgrade a phone that I've had for 4+ years, and my experience was no different - Sam helped me pick out exactly what I wanted, within my budget, and was so generous with doing everything he could to give me the best deal ASAP. I have complete trust in Sam's customer care - I really appreciate how he listens, is honest, and is not pushy at all, and that helps us trust that he's always looking out for us. He also has an exceptional way of treating every client with warmth, humor, and respect. My family and I are so loyal to this location - thank you so much Sam and your team for everything that you do! You guys truly are an inspiration for excellent customer service and I'm wishing you all the very best!!

This guy!! So helpful! We called the support centre, did live chat and visited another store with what we needed. No one could help, or really even made us feel like they wanted to help. this guy gave us two solutions to our problem! Issue solved! Very helpful! I highly recommend coming here to see Sam, great guy!!

Went here because its one of the highest review in google among their branches so i have to make a special trip rather than getting it nearby. I tried to get a home internet service nearby but they dont have modem in stock and they try to activate me a service but they told me there is no service in my address. So i went to this shop and he knew right away what to do and he was able to set me up a service right away and got my modem running right away after plugging it at house. No wonder they have a good review in this store and there's a line up when i came. I hope other branch will be inspired by this kind of great service and probably add more employee if this store is busy because of their great service.

I switched from Freedom to Telus because I'm moving to an area that Freedom doesn't cover. I kept my cell # and phone. Customer service at Telus in Northgate Mall is awesome, btw. Anyway, after Telus inserted their SIM card into my phone, it locked. So I was advised to go to the Freedom store to have them unlock it for me. So I go to this shop. There are 2 men working there with no other customers. One of them told me that I had to call Freedom's customer service line to get the unlock code. Good thing I had another phone with me to do that. I was standing in the shop trying to get this done with customer service and the guy at the shop -- the one who can't help me -- pulls out the vacuum cleaner and turns it on while I'm on the phone my other phone with customer service. This is before 11am. Very rude. I suppose if I was in there to buy something they would have been more interested in helping me. Very disappointed. On the upside, the Freedom customer service line really helped me.

I visit this store a lot of times thats why i came bach with my family, he has great personality, good listener, happy to help and he is fast to finish his job, he is initiative person.

When my phone was stolen and I needed a new SIM card, the staff could not have been more helpful or kind. Really impressed me at a stressful time. It turned out to be a little complicated but Sam kept at it. I love that it is in a strip mall so I didn't have to go into a mall. I will drive the extra miles to deal with this location in the future.

We had a great experience at this store and the man working there goes out of his way for his customers. He was very friendly and made sure that we would get the best possible deal for our purchases. We are so glad we found this place and would definitely reccomend it to others.
