Yesterday I went to this location to look into phone and plan renewal options. I was very fortunate to run into and be assisted by Sebastian N., who was absolutely fantastic to work with. He discussed with me what I use my phone for, my usage priorities, different pricing options in order to find the best fit for both phone and plan and cheapest as possible for me. He presented me with various options, which was greatly appreciated and helped set me up with a great iPhone, accessories and plan. This seems to be a great location, and I would recommend working with Sebastian if you are able to, he is TOP man who goes above and beyond to ensure the best customer service possible. This is your rep to talk to ladies and gents!
I've been dealing with this store for many years simply because no other store can beat the service these people provide. Had the pleasure of dealing with Sean today and was most impressed by his courtesy and knowledge in setting up an alternate phone for my wife. When I had some issues later in the day, he responded with all the answers and support I could have wished for. Again, no other store comes even close. Very good people.
I wish I had gotten the names of the employees I spoke with today, but I didn’t. One was a young trainee, so no fault of her own. And the other was a young woman with next to no customer service. My phone had crashed and I was looking in to my options. She was so unpleasant, not helpful in any way and refused to waive the activation fee for a new device, or the $30 fee to help me restore data from my old to new phone. I switched to Rogers after experiencing the lack of customer service here. Go elsewhere
Big thumbs up! Amber and Sebastien were helpful and answered all the questions I had thru my phone upgrade and even saved me a few bucks on month after they spotted a billing issue in my account. Will be returning for my phone needs for sure!
Staff are always very helpful. I came here to pick up accessories for my wife's cell phone. Good selection of stock.
Having spoken with 2 different reps to have my account setup for internet services, finally my account was setup. The 2nd rep I spoke with said i should get a copy of the contract in my email address shortly. As i am typing this, I haven’t received an electronic copy of the contract. I called them to verify if they’ve the correct email address on file, i was told by the rep over phone, he doesn’t have access to my account. If i had a way of getting another internet service I surely will do.

Outstanding customer service!! I am not terribly tech savvy that's putting it mildly !! That said, my experience at this Maximum Mobility Telus Dealer was nothing short of superb! Both Tyler, along with the owner/manager Steve, patiently walked me through getting the exact right phone for me. Although I am not tech savvy, I am particular about what features I want on a phone, to the point of being high-maintenance. I have been a client for 10 years and EVERY TIME, they have gone FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND EXCELLENT SERVICE. They have always worked hard along while at the same time being creative in getting me the perfect phone, at a reasonable price. Their service is what keeps me coming back over and over again. On my most recent visit to the store, I brought along my sister, who does not even reside in Edmonton. I did this because I knew that they would yet again provide that BEYOND EXCELLENT SERVICE to find her the phone she wanted. She IS tech savvy and knew exactly what she wanted. They had to work extremely hard to find it, but find it they did. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a new phone but more importantly, service of the highest quality. Now...... if only they could teach me to be more succinct/less long winded in writing reviews!
The lady that served us was awesome. She answered all of our questions. If I need a new phone I will be going back to her
