Great service staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Went all around west Edmonton mall to find a good service provider at a good price. They were great and deal with 4 service providers explained the differences between the providers and set us up with one that would work best for us. Happy with our purchase and will be back.

Pathiv was great! We were never assisted as good in a koodo representative. We were ready to go out when he stepped in and made sure we got what we wanted. He took the time, patience and did great! We definitely recommend the experience.

Good selection of phones and providers. I asked if it was possible to get a lower rate plan on telus. It seemed like they didn’t like that question just by listening to the tone of their voice.
