Win Yeung Chinese Restaurant

The WORST Chinese food I've ever eaten. $42 for garbage. Broccoli isn't cooked properly very hard and crunchy. Meat doesn't taste like beef. Very salty.nnUnbeatable total garbagennWish I could give a -. Doesn't deserve a 1 star

We have always had positive dining experiences at this restaurant and was genuinely looking forward to enjoying another excellent meal. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing.nThe beef in the beef and broccoli dish was extremely chewy and had an off, almost spoiled taste. Additionally, the lemon chicken was overly tough and difficult to eat. I have attached a photo for reference, as the texture and appearance were quite unusual and did not resemble typical chicken.nWhen I called to share my concerns, I was met with resistance and was told that such issues were not possible. Regrettably, there was no apology or effort made to address or resolve the situation.nAs a result, this experience has been quite disheartening. We have been loyal customers, but unfortunately, we will no longer be returning or recommending this restaurant moving forward.

As someone who is Chinese and grew up in Richmond Hill, I’ve eaten at a lot of Chinese restaurants over the years. Tian He consistently serves fresh, authentic food with generous portions and very reasonable prices. The staff are always friendly, and it’s one of my favourite places to eat when I’m in the area. Highly recommended.

We are new to town and ordered take out from Tian He this evening and we were not disappointed! The food was excellent and hit the spot for everyone in my family. The owners who I spoke with while I was there were delightful. We look forward to the next time!

This restaurant is fantastic in every aspect. Spotlessly clean, friendly attentive staff and most importantly excellent food. Fresh, hot, deliciously prepared and huge portions. If I have had better, I honestly don’t recall. 10/10 in every regard!!!
