Excellent service 
I have a 2007 KTM 640 adventure and the whole staff has done a great job sourcing parts and maintaining my motorcycle as I rely on it as my daily driver for for 3 seasons a year. I recommend Williams Lake Honda/KTM for service and parts.

I called to inquire about a 12 volt charge cable for my 2000i portable generator, spoke to a lady that answered the phone she said they do not sell them, she said I could use a bench 120v charger-that has nothing to do with what I was inquiring about as I was explaining to her I need one that plugs into the generator she hung up on me. Extremely poor  rude service.Nice customer service Honda
