My wife and I were looking to purchase a used F150 and reached out to many dealerships throughout BC, yet Jim at Lake City really stood out to us.nnHis communication was quick, detailed/transparent and he offered us a really good deal without any gimmicks. The specs for the vehicle were only slightly different than what we wanted, so we purchased our vehicle elsewhere. However since he left such a good impression we will definitely keep Jim and the team at Lake City in mind for the future.
I'm a young teenager who needed to buy her first car.. they helped me pick one and choose my best course of action for purchase! The process was quick and easy!nnJust yesterday my new car had some mechanical problems. We took it to Ford and they immediately started the scan and found that my engine has thrown a code and shot it into limp mode. It needed a new engine. Within 30 minutes they had my car down to the proper dealership to get fixed, others were getting me a relief car and answering any questions I had. They were incredibly kind and supportive. I could not have asked for better service yesterday. 10/10 would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a place to buy a vehicle with support sales , and service people!

Arranged with Ford there to look at and buy car there day before going down there as from out of town. I recently lost my car as write in off from accident where someone drove into me. So had settlement to put down. They told me to bring in bank draft since I wanted to do large down payment as it would be Saturday and no banks open so had to do day before. Told me to meet them at 9am next day to look at and make deal on car.nnI had to book time off work and arrange a ride there. Got there at 9 and after talking and being shown paperwork for 10 minutes I was informed the car was lent out for test driving over night and wasn’t there. The car was also a courier/lender car and all the inspections on the paper were from nearly 4 months after daily use so not sure they would even hold up? I was told to go shop or grab breakfast while waiting to come back several hours later like it wasn’t a huge deal despite this being a huge waste of time and them knowing I was from out town and had traveled.nnI went to GM instead and they got me sorted out with a good car, warranty and made arrangements to work around my bank draft as my current was made to ford and no banks open as it was saturday. I think this situation was handled really poorly and frustratingly at ford. I would recommend going to Quesnel’s location for a ford if you want one as they’ve always treated me well but didn’t have cars that my specifications at time.
3 yrs ago I purchased a F150 from Lake City Ford after looking at many others in my area. North Thompson The truck, the price & the dealership was exceptional. They went above & beyond to work with me on this sale & I am still very happy with everything!nEven now I prefer to deal with them as I have found them very informative, pleasant & helpful.nThank you Taylor & the crew! You are all wonderful! :-
