I came into williams lake from bella coola to get a tune up on my sled. I asked these guys if they knew any mechanics for my truck. They started calling around to different shops. The mechanic they found Darren Bailey. Met me at spectra and proceeded to work on my truck at the location while they were working on my snowmobile. The service and attention that these guys pay their customers is Un paralleled. All I asked was do you guys know a mechanice and they treated me very very well. Thank you spectra power sports for all the help.
Had an unfortunate accident and needed a few parts to fix my quad. I bought this brand new from Spectra, was the best price BY FAR over every other dealer. Because I knew how wonderful the service was at Spectra, I started by calling them. Steve in parts is my hero!!!! Cant wait to get back out with my shiny "new" quad. Thank you Steve and everyone at Spectra for your ALWAYS amazing service! I live on Vancouver Island but will always come back to Spectra!
My first experience with Spectra when I was 11 years, my dad bought my brother and I some snowmobiles there and the guys were awesome, I went back in 2006 and once again Spectra was absolutely awesome. I recently bought a 2019 quad from them and yet again they are the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Their brand of knowledge and amazing customer service is second to none, Gilbert Rich is not only the the most honest salesman I've ever dealt with but he's akso an awesome guy, I can't say enough good things about these guys, they are a cut above the rest and I will be a loyal customer as long as they are in business
Fast, efficient and friendly. Thank you to Derrick and Dennis for a painless no hassles, no pressure, buying experienc with prices that cannot be beat. It was worth the 500km drive from Mission BC, bypassing all other polaris dealers, to deal with Spectra.

Just bought a polaris 570, everything was done over the phone until I drove up to pick it up from Vancouver Gilbert did a amazing job and helped out in every way, will be buying another next year, best prices in bc , could not be happier
Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. We purchased a brand new ATV and a used snow mobile.Salesman went over both and helped load up.Would recommend and would make more purchases in the future.
