Great food! Got the strawberry waffle which was delicious, as was the mocha, chocolate chip frappe and veggie roast sandwich. Will definitely plan to visit this place the next time we’re in the area.

Elegant cafe. Spacious. Lovely to spend time chatting and catching up. Not too expensive. Quality of food and beverages is good too. They also have tables outdoor so if it's a nice sunny day, it's a treat to enjoy the sunshine with your coffee /tea. Thr service is quick and the staff friendly.

New customer. Sat at a table, after a short time realized that it is self service! No signs, unclear where to place your order, only scowls and blank looks from the staff! The lady who brought our order was the only friendly contact. Food was excellent but the coffee was only warm. Next time we'll get take out and buy our drinks elsewhere!

Great atmosphere and variety of food and wide selection of coffee and tea available. Last visit Oct 25 2022 - Alyssa W on the cash was friendly and suggested the turkey apple cranberry sandwich, good suggestion. Had Earl grey tea.Food: 5/5

Truly a disappointing visit. Walked here with my husband for a cup of coffee and small breakfast. We chose here because it was a close walk from where we were, and we had gone to a different William's location before and enjoyed it. The atmosphere and the people here were great, but the food and service were subpar. The food was bland, and clearly microwaved. Any fast food breakfast bagel would have tasted better than what we got here. The only bright spot was the waffle, but even that arrived late and was cold. It seemed like we were forgotten about, despite the fact that there were a total of 5 customers in the place. If you want to come here for desserts, or just waffles, it should be fine. But if you want any other food, I would avoid it and go somewhere else. It's a shame that I would've rather walked to McDonalds or Tim's for a better meal at the same price. I really wanted to like it here.

This review goes out to Colton and I give him/the Cafe 5/5!!! As a first time customer he was very accomadating to me and helping me understand the menu a bit better. I ordered a waffle and I was going to have it to go but I was Glad he made me aware the toppings will come on the side. Then I decided to dine in. The Cafe at the time had only 3 customers. However I suffer from social anxiety so to me it felt like there was 10 people there which was the reason why I was going to eat in my car on a hot day it wouldn't be fun... Through conversations while ordering he made me feel at ease and suggested I could sit in the back : and I took that offer and I'm glad I did it! And yes the waffle was so amazing! But feedback is don't over load it with Nuttella it was abut too thick and much sweet. Overall tho I love it and would come for another waffle or more. THANKS COLTON.

great little meet up place for coffee & desserts, they also have a fair selection of quick bites and juices. We sat in the little corner with the comfy couches, staff are friendly mostly students today. Average prices Clean Good atmosphere

The food was so good, and the staff are so friendly, and genuinely care about customers. Huge variety on the menu, and the coffee is fresh and hot.

Had the berry and banana waffles, very warm and fluffy, not crunchy like I was expecting but pretty nice. The maple syrup was tasty though cold. What took me by surprise was the plump freshness of the fruit that came with the waffle. The Caramel Frappuccino was delicious but very sweet. The waitress was lovely and I felt very welcomed. Overall I had a very good expereince.
